Abstract
Abstract: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate that the use of digital rubrics enhances and strengthens the performance of the productive skill of oral expression in the English language for business, focusing on aspects such as grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, discourse management, and interactive communication. This study adopts a quantitative approach, allowing for the analysis of assessment results applied to students. It is descriptive in scope, employing a pre-experimental design. Data analysis involved pre and post-tests, analyzed using non-parametric Wilcoxon rank sum tests. The findings indicate that the use of digital rubrics as an assessment tool significantly enhances students' academic performance in developing the productive skill of oral expression in business English. Students demonstrate the ability to express personal information and ideas on business topics, present a business-related topic, and justify opinions in a discussion, employing a wide range and quantity of complex grammatical structures, business vocabulary, discourse markers, and idea connectors with clear pronunciation within a participatory dynamic.
