Dear readers, we present the second issue of the Sapienthia Technological Magazine, digital version.

In this second issue we present five articles that analyze topics of interest ranging from the complex and necessary relationships between science and technology, the presence of disruptive models in education, to the characterization of standard data methods and Minitab 20 Software.

The first work presents us with an inquiry between education and the trends of science and technology and the challenges it faces in the reality shared by the current world.

The second work ventures into the development and implementation of alternative responses to the impacts of covid-19, the implementation of new learning environments in virtual, online and hybrid modalities, developing instruments and tools that correctly combine the necessary disruption with the educational innovation and point towards the consolidation of new teaching-learning models and strategies, of empowered teachers in their new roles as strategic teachers, mediators of all the components of the teaching-learning process with emphasis on the components of experimentation, autonomous work, research training and solution to environmental problems.

The third work deals with the proposal to design a model and procedure for the development of integrated supply chain management in economic entities based on the Integrated Supply Chain Management Model (MPGICS) and its work procedure and application Supply Chain Development Procedure (PDCS).

The fourth paper presents a proposal to reduce the high rates of staff turnover for the Municipal GAD of Isidro Ayora. Through extensive bibliographic support, the causes that affect the high turnover of personnel are identified and strategies are designed to reduce it.

The fifth work uses a quantitative methodology, with the use of numerical data for the application of simple linear regression, the characterization of standard data methods and Minitab 20 Software to calculate the standard time of the operation of filling containers with liquids, placing them in packages. with a capacity of 24, which allows determining the number of containers that can be processed in a day scheduled for four hundred and eighty min
