Abstract

Being ethnography it is a branch of anthropology, a method of study or direct research that aims to observe and record cultural practices and social behaviors, decisions and actions of different human groups, that is, their identity and styles. of life, this work collects the perspectives of decent work: From the perspective of Ecuadorian Women, it introduces the dispute over the visualization of women in our society, in a discourse, a union, a movement, an association, in the various forms in which women have joined forces so that work that goes beyond the structure we call home is recognized. It allows us to strongly rethink that, in addition to society, women must appropriate each characteristic of decent work and demand that work really has a face of equity, justice, dignity, seeking to feel safe, without having to choose between family and life. profession.
