Training strategy in intellectual property for University Professors in Cuba

Abstract

To carry out the Strategy, the postulates of the Regulations of the Scientific Council for Universities and the updating of the subject of science, technology and innovation in line with the importance of the uses of Industrial Property and Copyright for the country, the professionalization of university professors; For this reason, the objective of this paper is about the knowledge of the postulates in Intellectual Property and the results of this is the acquisition of a culture related to the recognition, identification, protection of intangible assets produced in the scope of their professional performance.
