Herramientas de afronte en tiempos reacios: un set de alternativas para las organizaciones empresariales

Resumen

Las organizaciones empresariales afrontan un entorno contemporáneo reacio y de dificultades crecientes, complejizado por externalidades tal como la COVID-19. Ante ello es necesario disponer de herramientas dinámicas, congruentes con la dinámica del entorno y que faculten la resiliencia organizacional. Encontrando en las Ciencias Administrativas una fuente de herramientas para afrontar tiempos reacios. Ante ello, la presente investigación procura reportar herramientas citadas por la literatura como eficaces que faculten a las instituciones disponer de medios referentes para afrontar complicaciones robustas. El diseño de investigación aplicado fue de tipo exploratorio ejercido por medio de una revisión de literatura en bases de datos de artículos científicos del alto impacto y acceso abierto. Se determinó a la administración de procesos y a la tecnología como medios del alto aprecio por las organizaciones empresariales. Esquemas administrativos consolidados, tal como la gestión por procesos, y aplicaciones tecnológicas, entre ellas: la inteligencia artificial y digitalización, se establecen como herramientas para ejercer eficazmente la resiliencia organizacional ya que permiten operativizar la gestión empresarial con una alta probabilidad de éxito durante tiempos reacios.


Abstract 


Business organizations face a challenging contemporary environment of increasing difficulties, made more complex by externalities such as COVID-19. Given this, it is necessary to have dynamic tools, consistent with the dynamics of the environment and that enable organizational resilience. Finding in Administrative Sciences a source of tools to face reluctant times. Given this, this research seeks to report tools cited by the literature as effective that enable institutions to have reference means to face robust complications. The research design applied was of an exploratory type carried out through a literature review in databases of high-impact and open access scientific articles. Process management and technology were determined as means of high appreciation by business organizations. Consolidated administrative schemes, such as process management, and technological applications, including: artificial intelligence and digitalization, are established as tools to effectively exercise organizational resilience since they allow business management to be operationalized with a high probability of success during difficult times.
