Model and Procedure for the Integrated Management of Supply Chains. Application cases

Abstract

The development of productive linkages to achieve integrated supply chains management is a main aspect in business interest. In order to achieve this jump, it is necessary to develop acting capacities in the enterprises that make up the supply chains through a procedure that allows arriving at a management model in consonance with the business environment. The need to develop action capacities in companies to promote supply chains development is identified as a common problematic. The objective of the present work focuses on: designing a model and procedure for the development of integrated supply chains management in economic entities. The results obtained are: The Model and Procedure for Supply Chain Integrated Management and its application in supply chains like edible oil, explosives, teaching literature, local agrifood network with proven results of progressive progress.
