Abstract

The target of this research is to contribute with a literary exploration on business management topics. The research involved an analytical review of the literature on structural aspects of the functions performed by the agents in the business environment.

For this, scientific documents available in electronic databases were used. Determining that business management faces significant and highly dynamic challenges. Those who enhance the complexity of the route to achieve the strategic objectives, and materialize their vision. However, there are mechanisms to exercise effective business management that adapts to the realities of the environment. The task of the business manager is not simple, but it is feasible and necessary for the economic growth and development of the territories.
