The main objective of the research is to know the temperament of the General Supervisors of the Consortium in relation to the functions of the leader that is manifested when exercising their role. The study subjects were two General Supervisors and two commercial advisers of the company, the research was carried out under a qualitative approach, with the life history technique of a participant, and instruments such as: interviews and a projective questionnaire. In general terms, temperament, regardless of where it is born or the context in which an individual develops, generates a great influence in the way we relate, adopt roles and exercise them, fulfill functions and delegate, in itself, in our way of life. However, character will diminish or enhance these innate characteristics, making us more adaptable to the demands of the environment, in order to fulfill our commission more efficiently from our perspective, as was the case with supervisor Josué M.
